Founded in 2023, our company was built on a simple principle: integrity comes first.

At the center of every project is Jantzen Slaughter, a Texas-born builder with over a decade of experience in residential construction and nearly six years focused specifically on custom homes. A graduate of Texas A&M University, where he studied Construction Science, Jantzen brings both formal training and hands-on expertise to every project he leads.

Known for his transparency, steady leadership, and solution-oriented mindset, Jantzen has built lasting relationships with homeowners, architects, and designers alike. Even when challenges arise — as they inevitably do in construction — his commitment to clear communication and accountability ensures projects move forward with trust intact.

We are a husband-and-wife team, intentionally structured to provide both strong field leadership and organized operational support. While Jantzen leads construction, client relationships, and project execution, our operations are managed behind the scenes to ensure budgets, timelines, and communication remain clear and consistent.

As a boutique firm, we take on a limited number of projects to maintain hands-on involvement and a high standard of craftsmanship. Every project reflects not only technical expertise, but the character and accountability behind it.
